Twin Cities installation services
Corporate TV Mounting, Interactive Screens and Webcams
Discuss the room, display models, connections and working hours with our team before planning your commercial installation.

Plan the commercial display
TVs in lobbies and conference rooms serve as business displays. Plan their position, appearance and role in the room together.
For a commercial project, discuss display size and weight, the proposed mounting system, existing AV and network connections, building requirements, multi-screen alignment, access and the time available for installation.
Coordinate the room and installation
Share the display plan for the lobby, conference room or command center, including any multi-screen arrangement. Discuss the display and mount models, interactive screen or webcam connections, existing AV equipment, cable routing and building access with the team.
Agree on the installation scope and working hours around the business. Confirm any ongoing support or maintenance scope with the team before work begins.
Large displays and multi-screen layouts
Discuss heavier commercial displays and the proposed mounting system together, including the wall structure and equipment requirements. For a video wall, plan the screen arrangement and alignment as part of the room design. Confirm any AV or network integration, building coordination and maintenance responsibilities before agreeing to the work.
The original service illustration shows a conference room with two displays. Its source filename references Phoenix; the actual project location, date and installation history are not documented. It is not presented as a completed Twin Cities project.
Office, shared-space and hospitality displays
For an office or common area, describe whether the screen will serve as a lobby display, breakroom TV or digital sign. For a hotel project, identify the guestroom, lobby or poolside setting so the team can discuss the actual location, equipment and installation scope. Naming an outdoor or poolside location does not establish that a particular screen or mounting system is suitable for it.
Share any access restrictions and the times the space is available. Coordinate the proposed working hours with the facilities team before booking; an after-hours or weekend window must be confirmed for the job.
