Our work with chef Gavin Kaysen has taken us into his restaurants, where TVs serve as digital menu displays.
We mounted four screens at Cooks Bellecour in Edina, then returned for work at the North Loop location. The displays let the team update the menu while keeping the space feeling clean and considered.
