How to mount a Samsung Frame TV
Mount a Samsung Frame with the flush wall mount made for your exact model, put the One Connect box somewhere reachable and ventilated, and plan the cable path before the TV goes on the wall. The Frame only looks like art if the screen sits tight to the wall and the connection is out of sight. It has its own booking category, so choose the Frame option when you book.
Start with your exact model
Current Samsung Frame models do not all connect the same way. The classic 2025 Frame (LS03FA) includes a Slim Fit Wall Mount, while the Frame Pro (LS03FW) uses a Wireless One Connect approach. Look at the model number first, and use Samsung's current instructions for your exact product, since availability and specifications can change.
The flush mount
The point of a Frame is that it hangs like a framed piece of art, so the mount is a flush one. Our published Twin Cities installs describe Samsung's slim-fit and no-gap wall mounts, which hold the TV close to the wall instead of letting it stand out.
Flush mounts leave very little room for error. Any tilt in the bracket, or a wall that is not flat, shows up as a gap along one edge. Take time to level the bracket and check the wall surface before you hang the TV. If the wall is not drywall, our guides on plaster and brick walls explain what changes.
Where the One Connect box goes
The Frame connects to a separate One Connect box through a single slim cable. The box holds the inputs, so your devices plug in there and not into the TV. It needs a home that is easy to reach and has airflow: a media cabinet, a cabinet beside a fireplace, a closet on the other side of the wall or behind furniture.
On a past job in an Edina home office, the One Connect box went in the cabinet below the TV. That was one house, with its own wall and its own cable, so treat it as an example rather than a route to copy. Decide the box location first, since it sets the cable path and how long the run has to be.
The cable path
A Frame looks best when you cannot see the cable, but how the cable is hidden matters more than hiding it. Only run a One Connect cable inside a wall, through a conduit or through a fireplace cavity after checking that the exact cable is compatible with your TV model and rated for in-wall installation, and that the route follows Samsung's instructions and applicable local requirements. Do not assume the cable in the box is in-wall rated, or that a conduit or fireplace cavity makes a route suitable. In-wall-rated One Connect cables are sold separately for some models, so check Samsung's support information for yours. If you cannot verify those points, use a surface route, such as a cord cover on the wall.
Fireplace walls need extra checks. Look at the fireplace manufacturer's clearances and which cable routes they permit before planning anything near the fireplace. Our Wayzata install is a past example, not a recipe: on that job the box went in the cabinet beside the fireplace, and every fireplace and cable has to be checked on its own.
Tell us your exact model, which cable you have and what is behind your wall. Cord options are booked separately from the mount. Our cord concealment page lists them.
If you have a Frame Pro
The Frame Pro still needs power at both the TV and its Wireless One Connect box, so a wireless box does not mean a cord-free wall. Nearby walls and enclosed metal cabinets can affect the wireless connection, so choose the box location with that in mind and check Samsung's current guidance for your model.
Height, wall and fireplace
A Frame is usually hung like art, but viewing comfort still matters. Our height guide shows how to find your seated eye level, and the same rules apply. Over a fireplace, the mantel, the wall construction and the appliance guidance decide the final position.
Booking a Frame install
Choose the Frame installation option when you book, so we can plan for the flush mount, the One Connect box and the cable path. It is a separate booking category from standard TV mounting, and booking shows the price for your address.
- Have the TV, its included wall-mount hardware, the One Connect box, the remote and the product paperwork ready at the appointment.
- Choose a reachable, ventilated spot for the box. If the cable would run inside a wall, check that the exact cable is rated for in-wall installation, and do not assume the supplied one is.
- Clear the wall and nearby furniture so the TV can be handled safely.

Questions
FAQ
Still have a question? Give us a call. We're happy to help.
Does a Samsung Frame come with a wall mount?
The classic 2025 Frame (LS03FA) includes a Slim Fit Wall Mount. Check the box and Samsung's current information for your exact model, and bring the included hardware to the appointment.
Can a Samsung Frame be mounted flush against the wall?
Yes. The Frame is designed to hang flush like a framed picture, using a slim-fit or no-gap wall mount. A flat wall and a carefully leveled bracket matter more than usual.
Where does the One Connect box go?
Somewhere reachable and ventilated, such as a media cabinet, a cabinet beside the fireplace, a closet on the other side of the wall or behind furniture. A single slim cable links it to the TV.
Can the One Connect cable be hidden in the wall?
Only conceal a One Connect cable inside a wall after verifying that the exact cable is compatible with your TV and rated for in-wall installation, and that installation follows Samsung instructions and applicable local requirements. Do not assume the supplied cable is in-wall rated or that conduit makes it suitable. If those conditions cannot be verified, use an appropriate surface route. Fireplace installations require checking manufacturer clearances and permitted cable routes.
What is different about the Frame Pro?
It uses a Wireless One Connect box. Both the TV and the box still need power, and nearby walls or enclosed metal cabinets can affect the wireless connection.
How do I book a Samsung Frame installation?
Choose the Frame installation option in booking. It is a separate category from standard TV mounting, and booking shows the price for your address before you choose a time.
