Discuss where the One Connect box should sit for your exact TV model: a suitable recessed enclosure, behind the TV, or in furniture near the fireplace are arrangements described in the original service guidance. The wall, available space, power and cable requirements determine which options can be considered. Neither a recess nor an in-wall route is automatically included or suitable for every setup.

If a concealed route is not selected, discuss the appearance of an exposed connection or an exterior cord cover. Share the bezel style and artwork or personal-photo display you would like to use, so the setup discussion can address the exact model and your preferences.
