I work throughout Spring Lake Park — near Spring Lake, by Laddie Lake, and across neighborhoods near both the Blaine and Fridley borders.
Spring Lake Park homes are mostly mid-century and 1970s construction with solid frames — plaster and early drywall in roughly equal measure. I bring the right anchors and leave every mount clean and level.
At a cozy home near Laddie Lake, I mounted a 50-inch Samsung on drywall for a first-time homeowner. Clean install, hidden cables, and she was settled in by sunset.
A family near Spring Lake brought me in for a 75-inch LG in their basement. Gaming setup for the kids, movie nights for the parents, everyone's happy.
Near the Blaine border, I installed a 55-inch Samsung Frame in a beautifully updated rambler. The homeowner displays vintage Spring Lake Park and local history photography.
