From Downtown Spring Park and Spring Park Bay to homes along West Arm Bay and the Lake Minnetonka shoreline, we've worked across this whole little gem of a community.
Spring Park's lake cottages and renovated homes feature wood-burning fireplaces, original millwork, and the occasional challenging stone wall that requires specialty anchoring. We come prepared and we do it right.
At Seahorse Condominiums, we mounted a 55-inch Samsung on drywall for a couple who uses their Spring Park place as a summer getaway. Clean install, hidden cables, ready for lake season.
A lakefront home on Spring Park Bay brought us in for an 85-inch LG OLED in their lower level. The walkout basement opens to the lake, and now they have the perfect setup for boat day recovery movie marathons.
In a charming cottage in Downtown Spring Park, we installed a 50-inch Samsung Frame that displays vintage Lake Minnetonka postcards. It captures the small-town lake charm perfectly.
At a home overlooking West Arm Bay, we mounted a 75-inch TV above a gorgeous porcelain tile fireplace. We used a full-motion mount so they can angle it toward the sectional or the dining area depending on the occasion.
