Our team. A clean finish.
Kannapolis was a mill city, and the downtown the city bought back is not the same appointment as a house on either the Cabarrus side or the Rowan side of town.

The Mounting Man
The city describes downtown around West Avenue, with the research campus and the ballpark as anchors it planned on purpose. A residence in that district needs the suite and the building's drilling rule. The Gem Theatre and the team store are landmarks you can walk to. They are not a description of studs. If the screen is in a workplace on the campus, say who approves the work and where a visitor parks.
The city's history places the original mill land in both Cabarrus and Rowan counties, and the current limits still include people in each. Book Kannapolis if that is the city, and mention the county only so a driver does not turn toward the wrong side of town. Concord is the Cabarrus seat next door. Salisbury is the Rowan seat beyond. Neither name belongs in the city field of a Kannapolis address.
Older houses near the former mill village can be low and plain. Later streets can be two-story family rooms with a builder niche already cut for a TV. Sit down before you accept the niche. If it is high or aimed at the kitchen, say so. We can talk about using it or ignoring it. The niche is information. It is not an order to center the screen on a wire.

Not if the city says Kannapolis. Salisbury is a separate city and the county seat. Book Kannapolis and add Rowan only as a wayfinding note.
No. Show where it comes out and where you sit. A wire that is too high can put the picture in the wrong place. The opening is a clue, and the room decides.
