The Mounting Man
The town's planning page treats Birkdale Village as a Huntersville site, with a Lindholm Drive location and a social district the town mapped. Shops, offices, and residences share the village. If the TV is in a residence there, write the building and the unit. Say where a visitor may park. If a manager has to approve a mount, send that rule with the photos. The fountain and the restaurant row are useless as a wall description.
Streets closer to Lake Norman can be a house, a slope, and a view that fights the screen. Photograph the seat you use, not the dock. If the main wall is glass, the TV belongs somewhere else in the room, and we would rather see that choice before the appointment. A fireplace on a side wall is a common answer. Tell us the face: drywall, stone, tile, brick, or wood. Those are separate booking choices because the work differs.
Cornelius sits between Huntersville and Davidson, all three along the lake side of north Mecklenburg. Mooresville, in Iredell County, is farther up the shore and has its own page. If the community gate says one town and the address says another, book the address. Put the gate instructions in the notes so we can get in. The gate does not identify the studs.
