Our team. A clean finish.
Monroe is the seat of Union County, which is a large county full of other towns. The square is Monroe. A subdivision toward Indian Trail may not be.
From $200 for a TV up to 60 inches. Pay only when the job's done.

The Mounting Man
Downtown Monroe is the county seat's center. Houses a block or two off the square can carry trim or plaster you want preserved. Say that in the notes before a height gets marked. A low ceiling leaves less vertical room for a large screen. From the chair you actually use, compare the fireplace with an open stretch of wall beside it. The courthouse helps a driver find the square. It says nothing about what is behind the paint.
Streets farther from the square are more likely to be planned subdivisions with a builder fireplace and a pre-cut niche. Those niches are centered on the wall the builder liked, which may not be the wall you watch from. Send a photo that includes the sofa. If the niche is wrong, we can talk about covering it. Indian Trail and Waxhaw are other Union County towns with their own pages if the city field names them.
A shop or office off the Monroe square is a different visit from a house. Send the room number, the hours the space is empty enough to work, and who keeps the key. If customers cannot be in the room during the visit, say so. When a landlord asks for an insurance certificate, request it while booking. Coverage is carried. The landlord chooses whether to require the paper. Do not describe that job as a sofa and a fireplace.

Only if the city on the address is Monroe. Indian Trail, Stallings, and Waxhaw are separate towns in the same county. Book the printed city.
Say it in the notes and show the trim in the photo, including any molding the cords would have to pass. We will plan around what you want left alone. The photo matters more than the downtown label.
