Belmont Abbey and the Daniel Stowe Conservancy are in Belmont, on roads people also use to reach Mount Holly. If the landmark you give is the abbey or the garden, check whether the city is actually Belmont. Both cities have pages. Gastonia, the county seat, is the other direction and is not a neighborhood of either. Book the printed city, then describe the room in that city.
Houses toward the water can put the windows on the best wall. Hang the TV where you can see it without fighting glare, which may be a side wall or a fireplace. Send that choice from the seat you use. The slope of a drive toward the river belongs in the arrival notes. It does not pick a bracket. If the fireplace face is stone or tile, say so. Paint that looks like stone is a different job.
A house or a shop at the center of town is not a river house. If the screen is in a business, send the hours and who keeps the key. If it is a house, send the ceiling and the wall. Charlotte across the river is a different city with a different page. You do not need to cross the water in the notes. You need the Mount Holly street.

Daniel Stowe Conservancy publishes a Belmont address on South New Hope Road. If your deed says Mount Holly, book Mount Holly and use the garden only as a wayfinding pin. If the deed says Belmont, use that page.
No. Geography does not identify the wall. Send a photo of the surface the mount will touch. Brick on the outside of the house is often a veneer over something else inside.
