I mounted this 55-inch Samsung Frame TV above a brick fireplace in a classic St. Paul home on North Milton Street. The brick ran floor to ceiling, so there was no option for in-wall cord routing. I drilled into the brick with Tapcons to get a rock-solid hold, then lined the Frame up flush against the surface so it sits like a painting above the mantel.
The Frame TV in Art Mode is the perfect match for a space like this. Flanked by two original wood-trimmed windows, it looks like it was always part of the room.
With solid brick behind the TV and through the fireplace surround, in-wall concealment wasn't an option. I ran the cables down the exterior with a color-matched cord cover that blends right into the wall. The result is seamless — you'd have to look for it to notice. The Samsung One Connect cable helps too, keeping the bulk of the connections away from the TV itself.
I handle TV installations all over St. Paul, from the historic homes along Summit Avenue to the neighborhoods near Como Park. Whether it's brick, stone, plaster, or drywall, I've got the hardware and the experience to get it done right. Serving the entire East Metro including Maplewood, Woodbury, and White Bear Lake.
