This 70-inch Sony is a beast—older panel, solid weight. The drywall on Merritt Circle in Edina had studs positioned well on the left side, so I anchored there with lag bolts. For the right side, I went with heavy-duty snap toggles rated for 230 pounds each. Are they overkill for a TV mount? Absolutely. But when you're mounting several thousand TVs a year, you want the best possible hold no matter what. Quality anchoring means peace of mind for the homeowner.
The full-motion bracket lets the TV angle and swivel, giving flexibility from anywhere in the room. With a set this size, that articulation makes a real difference in viewing comfort across the entire space.
From Merritt Circle to 50th & France, The Mounting Man has been the go-to for Edina's premium homes. Heavy sets, tricky walls, custom angles—we handle them all with the precision and hardware quality that keeps your install rock solid for years.

Experience the benefits of increased safety, professional installation, and improved aesthetics when you choose The Mounting Man.
