- Set the viewing height and choose an accessible home for the One Connect Box before the screen goes up.
- Review the wall surface and the visible connection path so the TV reads as a finished part of the room.
Before the appointment
What to have ready
- Have the TV, included wall-mount hardware, One Connect Box, remote, and product paperwork at the appointment.
- Choose a reachable, ventilated location for the One Connect Box. For a wired model, check the supplied cable against the intended path.
- Clear the wall and nearby furniture so the TV can be handled safely.
The finishing details
Details that shape the finish
- The classic 2025 Frame (LS03FA) includes a Slim Fit Wall Mount; the Frame Pro (LS03FW) uses a Wireless One Connect approach. We confirm which version is in the room before planning its connections.
- Frame Pro still needs power at both the TV and Wireless One Connect Box. Nearby walls or enclosed metal cabinets can affect the wireless connection.
- For a fireplace wall, the mantel, wall construction, and appliance guidance shape the final placement.
