Stone-wall TV mounting
Stacked-stone TV mounting
Stacked stone brings texture and depth to a room, and a TV can look right at home there with the right placement. We review the stone pattern, joints, finished depth, proposed screen position, and the support behind the surface. That gives the installation a deliberate look whether the wall is a fireplace surround or an accent wall.

A thoughtful installation starts with the details.
The Mounting Man
Your TV, wall, mount and cable plan all shape the installation. Share the details of your setup when you book so our team can plan the work.
From a level screen to a clean finish, the details matter. If you have questions about your wall or equipment, talk them through with our team before your appointment.

A plan for the actual setup
What we plan together
- Share full-wall photos plus close-ups of the stone and any existing penetrations or damage.
- Confirm the TV and mount, then discuss the mounting location in relation to seams, depth changes, and backing.
- Choose a cable plan before the appointment so the result looks considered from the seating area.
Before the appointment
What to have ready
- Have the TV, mount, remote, and manufacturer-supplied parts ready.
- Clear decorative objects and furniture around the work area.
- If it is a fireplace wall, provide the fireplace and TV manufacturer information when available.
The finishing details
Details that shape the finish
- Natural stone, manufactured stone, veneer, mortar, and the support behind them can vary from one wall to the next.
- The stone pattern and depth inform the TV’s final position and how the mount meets the wall.
- On a fireplace surround, mantel depth and fireplace guidance remain part of the placement conversation.

Questions
FAQ
Still have a question? Give us a call. We're happy to help.
Can a TV be mounted on stacked stone?
Sometimes, after the stone and its backing are assessed. Send photos first so we can discuss the setup with the right information.
Will the TV sit perfectly flat against uneven stone?
Stone depth varies. The final position depends on the wall and chosen mount, so we do not promise a universal flush result.
