Houses nearer the lake often put the glass on the best wall. That can be the worst wall for a television, because of glare and because you lose the reason you bought the glass. Look from the seat you use after dark and in the afternoon. A side wall or a fireplace off the view may be the better hanging spot. Tell us which you prefer before the appointment, and send both walls if you are unsure.
Streets near the center of Cornelius and streets that run toward the water do not share a house type. One may be a smaller lot with a lower ceiling. The other may be a tall family room. Neither fact is visible from the town name. If a builder cut a niche, check it against the sofa. Davidson begins on the north line and is a college town with its own page. Huntersville is south, including Birkdale.
Some lake streets drop toward the water or sit behind a gate. That changes how we reach the door and where a vehicle can stop. It does not change the bracket. Put the gate note with the address. Put the wall in the photos. Mooresville, across the county line in Iredell, is a different city even when the shoreline looks continuous.

We can look at it, and often the glass should stay glass. Send a photo from the seat you use, in daylight if you can. A side wall may hang the screen more comfortably and keep the view.
