The Mounting Man
Davidson College sits on North Main Street, and the town green is the downtown center. A rental near campus can be an older house or a managed apartment. If a landlord or the college has to approve a hole in the wall, send the rule before the visit. Insurance paperwork is something you can ask for, because the company carries coverage. It is not a substitute for permission. A photo of the green is not a photo of the room.
River Run is a golf-course community a few miles from downtown Davidson. Houses there are a driveway, sometimes a gate, and a room that may face a fairway rather than a campus. Write River Run if that is the entrance. The gate note gets us in. The sofa photo tells us where the screen belongs. Do not assume a golf-course lot has the same fireplace as a cottage near campus.
Most of Davidson is in Mecklenburg County. A portion of the town limits crosses into Iredell. If the city says Davidson, book Davidson even on that side. Mooresville is the larger Iredell town to the north and has its own page. Cornelius is south. A postal habit that says Davidson for a house outside the limits is a reason to read the city field twice.

No. It is a community in Davidson, away from Main Street. Book Davidson, and write River Run so the entrance notes are right. Cornelius and Mooresville are the neighboring towns if the city field names them instead.
Whoever controls that building. Ask before the appointment and send what they give you. A house you own is a different note from a college rental. Say which one this is.
