The Mounting Man
A store on US-74 can sit in Stallings, Indian Trail, or another town entirely. The installation address is the authority. If a subdivision entrance straddles the line, read the city on your specific house. Indian Trail has its own page. Put the entrance name in the notes so we turn at the right monument. The monument is not a mounting surface.
A small part of the town limits crosses into Mecklenburg County. If that is your side of town, the city can still be Stallings. Do not relabel it Matthews or Charlotte because the county changed. Matthews is the Mecklenburg town nearby and has its own page for addresses that say Matthews. County is a map layer. City is the booking field.
Houses along this side of the county often come with a pre-wired opening. It is helpful when it lands behind the screen you want, and a problem when it is high or off to the side. Photograph it with the furniture in place, or with tape where the furniture will go. Tell us the TV model. An opening cut for a smaller set may not suit the one you bought.
