People pin Weddington houses to a Matthews shopping center or a Waxhaw downtown because those are easier to say. Matthews is in Mecklenburg County. Waxhaw is another Union County town. Both have pages. If the address says Weddington, stay on this page and put the borrowed landmark in the notes only as a turn. The city field is doing the real work.
Some of these lots sit back from the road. Write the gate code or the call-box instruction with the address so the arrival matches the house. That note does not tell us which bracket the room needs. Send the seating and the wall in one photo. If the lot is wooded, a front elevation mostly shows trees. Stand inside.
If the screen is going over a fireplace, measure the mantel depth and name the face. Stone, tile, brick, wood slats, and drywall are different work, which is why they are separate choices when you book. A soundbar needs room under the screen or a plan beside it.
