Our team. A clean finish.
Tega Cay is a York County city on Lake Wylie, built first as a peninsula community and later extended off that peninsula. Fort Mill is the neighboring town. The name Lake Wylie, used loosely, is not this city.

The Mounting Man
The city's comprehensive plan describes the original neighborhoods on a peninsula along Lake Wylie, reached by Tega Cay Drive, and newer neighborhoods off the peninsula along SC 160. Say which side you are on so the entrance note is right. A gate on the older side is an arrival fact. It does not describe the wall. Book Tega Cay for both, when that is the city on the address.
People use Lake Wylie for unincorporated streets and for the water itself. Those streets are not automatically inside the city. If the address does not say Tega Cay, do not force it onto this page. Fort Mill has its own page, including Baxter and the greenway, and Rock Hill is the county seat farther south. The water can be in the background of all three. The city field cannot.
A peninsula house may want the view left clear. Look at the screen location from the seat you use, with the sun where it actually sits in the afternoon. A side wall can be the better hang. If a fireplace is the choice, send the mantel depth and the face. Tell us if a soundbar has to live with the TV. The lake is why the house is here. It is not the bracket.

Tega Cay. Lake Wylie is the water and a nickname for a wider area. Book the city on the deed, and add the entrance you want a visitor to use.
If the city says Tega Cay, yes. The city's own plan distinguishes those newer streets from the original peninsula. Say which entrance to use. Fort Mill is the neighboring town if the city field names Fort Mill instead.
