Baxter's own association describes it as a master-planned community in Fort Mill, with a town center on Market Street. That center is shops and a library, not your living room. Write the residential street. If a visitor needs a code or a call box, add it. Some communities regulate the outside of a house. An indoor screen is a different question, and one village's paperwork is not the next village's. If you were given a written instruction, attach it. Otherwise send the room.
The Anne Springs Close Greenway describes itself as a nature preserve in Fort Mill, with an entrance on Lake Haigler Drive. It is a fine landmark and a bad pin for a house. If you say the neighborhood is near the greenway, we still need the street where the TV is. Trails do not describe a fireplace. Send the mantel depth if the screen is going above one, and the face of that fireplace.
Tega Cay is a separate city on Lake Wylie. Rock Hill is the county seat to the south, with Winthrop and its own downtown. Both have pages. Unincorporated streets that people call Lake Wylie are a third case: book the city printed on the address, which may be none of these three. White Street downtown is Fort Mill. A house there is not a Baxter house.
