Our team. A clean finish.
Waxhaw has a downtown people use as the whole town, and a ring of later subdivisions. Wesley Chapel and Marvin are separate municipalities that a mailing habit sometimes folds in. The city line sorts them.

The Mounting Man
The streets at the center of Waxhaw are the landmark. Houses close to them can be older than the subdivisions on the edge. If you want original trim left alone, say so and show it. A low room changes the height of a large screen. Compare the fireplace with a side wall from the chair you use. The shops are how a visitor recognizes the town. They are not the installation address.
Both are incorporated places in Union County, smaller than Waxhaw, and neither is a Waxhaw subdivision. If the address names one of them, do not force it onto this page. Weddington, to the north, is another town with its own page, mostly houses and few landmarks. Book the printed city. Then photograph the wall in that house, because the town name will not reveal it.
Later Waxhaw streets often include a media opening and a fireplace the builder centered on the architecture. Sit down before you decide the opening is right. If it faces the kitchen more than the sofa, say so. We can use it, ignore it, or talk about covering it. Include the TV model so the opening can be compared with the screen you actually own.

Questions
Still have a question? Give us a call. We're happy to help.
The city on the address. Wesley Chapel is its own village. If the address says Waxhaw, book Waxhaw and put the subdivision in the notes for the entrance.
A postal habit is not the city. Marvin is a separate village. Book the municipality on the installation address, and use this page when that municipality is Waxhaw.
