The downtown square, Fry Street, UNT, and TWU are how people navigate central Denton. If you rent, the approval to put holes in a wall comes from the landlord or the property manager, not from the university, unless the lease says otherwise. Send that permission, the unit, and where a visitor parks. A bedroom in a shared house needs a wall that is actually yours to use. Roommates and common areas are a conversation you should finish before the appointment, because we cannot sort out a dispute from the bracket.
Houses near the square can be older than the subdivisions on the south edge. Some have been remodeled until the original wall is a guess. Tell us about plaster, a fireplace, or a soft spot you already know about, and send pictures. We will look at the structure on site rather than treat Denton as one construction type. If the ceiling is low, test the height from the bed or the couch before you commit to the space over a mantel.
Subdivisions south of town are the drive toward Lewisville and the rest of Dallas–Fort Worth. If the community has a staffed or coded entrance, put that in the notes. Robson Ranch is one Denton community with its own entrance. Name it if that is where you are, and do not use it as a label for the rest of the city. A builder fireplace or a pre-wire in a newer south-side house should be checked against the sofa, the same way it would be in Frisco or Prosper. Lewisville, Flower Mound, and Prosper are neighboring pages when the city changes.

Yes, when you have permission and we can reach the unit. Send the landlord or manager's rule, the unit number, and parking. The university's name on a nearby sign is not that permission.
Use the city printed on your address. If it is Denton, book it as Denton and write Robson Ranch in the notes so the entrance is clear. If the city is different, book that city. The community name does not replace the address line.
