The Mounting Man
Old Town Lewisville is the older center east of I-35. Houses there are not Castle Hills houses. If the room is small, test the TV outline with tape before you ask for the largest screen the wall could physically hold. An existing bracket should be identified, not trusted. Send the fireplace if there is one, and say whether the face is the mount location or only decoration beside a drywall span.
Castle Hills is a large master-planned community on the Lewisville side of the area, with its own entrances. Other west-side communities have their own monument signs. Write the one you use. A golf-course lot and an interior street can share a community name and not share a floor plan, so the sofa photo still does the real work. HOA rules about paint and fences are not a description of the studs. If a visitor must check in, say where.
Lewisville Lake borders the city. If the TV wall faces that water, glare and reflections are part of the plan, and a tilting or swinging mount only helps when there is room to move the screen off the bright glass. If you cannot see the lake from the seat, ignore it. The Colony and Flower Mound are the neighbors most often confused with west Lewisville. Carrollton is south. Book the city on the mailbox, not the lake's name.

No. Castle Hills is a community associated with Lewisville, on the west side of I-35. Enter the city shown on the address and add Castle Hills in the notes. Old Town is the older area east of the highway.
Only if the screen has somewhere useful to go. If the bright window is the entire viewing wall, swinging the TV a few inches may not help. Send a photo taken during the hours you watch and tell us about another wall if you have one.
