The Mounting Man
Grapevine's Main Street is the historic downtown, not a residential master plan. Houses nearby can be older and smaller than the family rooms in Southlake. If you want plaster, woodwork, or a brick fireplace left looking the way it does, say that before a height is marked. An older house that has been opened up into one room may have a header or a patch where a wall used to be. Point at it. We would rather see a scar than discover it behind the TV.
Grapevine Lake borders the city. Only rooms that face it have a glare problem. If that is you, photograph the wall when the sun is on the water and consider a different wall before you buy a moving bracket. A full-motion mount needs side clearance. It is not a cure for a wall of windows. If you live inland, ignore the lake and tell us about the fireplace face instead. Southlake, Coppell, and Euless are the neighbors. The airport is nearby and is not your address.
Great Wolf Lodge, the winery district, and the convention hotels dominate directions. Do not drop a pin on them. If the installation really is in a condo or a managed building on that side of town, send the unit and the house rules. A short-term rental still needs the owner's permission to drill. We will not mount a TV because a listing photo made the wall look empty. Write the owner's approval into the booking.

Standard TV mounting is priced by size. Fireplace surfaces, brackets, soundbars and cord concealing are extra. Frame TVs and specialty mounts have separate booking options.

It is Grapevine's historic downtown shopping street, with houses in the surrounding blocks. Use your street address. Mention Main Street only if it genuinely helps someone find an older house nearby.
One taken from the seat at the time of day you watch, plus a second wall if you have a choice. Note whether you want the screen to move. Movement only helps when the TV can physically get off the bright glass.
