Old Town is not Riverchase

Old Town Coppell is the historic center. Riverchase Estates is one of the later subdivisions, and there are others, including North Lake Woodlands. Write the subdivision if the entrance is confusing, and write the street either way. A house in Old Town may have less wall to work with than a later two-story plan. Do not borrow a neighbor's layout. The counties are Dallas and Denton. Neither one should push you onto the Irving or Lewisville page if the city says Coppell.

Replacing a set starts with the old plate

Because so much of Coppell is already built, the appointment is often a new TV where an old one hangs. Leave the old mount up until it has been identified. Hole patterns, weight ratings, and the condition of the fasteners decide whether it can stay. If the old TV is still attached, add removal when you book. A soundbar that was custom-fit to the previous screen may not fit the new one. Measure it, or send the model. Cords that were hidden for the old setup should be checked before you assume they reach the new jack layout.

Associations here are about the house you have

Coppell associations often spend their energy on exteriors in a city that is no longer adding whole neighborhoods. An indoor mount is not automatically their concern. If you were handed a written rule, attach it. Otherwise send the room. Grapevine is north, Irving is south, and Valley Ranch is the Irving community people sometimes confuse with north Irving streets near Coppell. Use the city line. A gate code belongs in the booking notes.

Should we take the old mount down before you arrive?

Leave it. A photo and, if you have it, the model number let us judge whether it fits the new TV and whether the wall attachment is sound. Taking it down early only adds holes we then have to understand secondhand.

Is North Lake Woodlands the same as Old Town?

No. Old Town is the historic center. North Lake Woodlands is a different subdivision. Put the correct name in the notes if it helps with the entrance, and book the Coppell street address either way.
