The Mounting Man
Keller's old town is not Southlake Town Square and it is not Fort Worth's Fairmount. Houses around it and houses in the later subdivisions north and east of it can differ in ceiling height and fireplace size. Say which part of Keller you mean if you know the subdivision. If you only know the street, the street is enough. Do not add Alliance or Town Square as a helpful landmark. Those are different cities' landmarks, and they create bad directions.
A common Keller plan puts a fireplace on the family-room wall under a fairly tall ceiling. Sit down. If the mantel would force the screen above a comfortable line, look at the wall beside it. Tell us the face material so the booking option matches: drywall, brick, stone, tile, or wood slats. A soundbar under a stone face needs a gap you should photograph with a tape measure in the frame. The exterior brick that shows from the street is not that face.
Fort Worth's far north, Southlake, and Colleyville all crowd Keller. Colleyville does not have a page of its own. If the address says Colleyville, book Colleyville as the city anyway. This page should not absorb it. Grapevine is to the east. Watauga and Haltom City are other neighbors to the south. The pattern is the same in each case: the printed city wins, and the room photo decides the mount. A community gate, if you have one, goes in the notes.
