The Colony has two residential names people use as if they were the whole city, The Tribute and Austin Ranch, plus the Grandscape shops. Only the address sorts them out, and Austin Ranch does not even stay inside one city.

The Tribute is the peninsula

The Tribute is a lakeside community in The Colony on a peninsula of Lewisville Lake, with a golf course the city lists among local courses. If that is your entrance, name it. The lake view matters only for rooms that face the water. Photograph glare at the time you watch, and do not assume a neighbor's fairway lot has your window problem. A fireplace on an inland street in the same community still needs its own face material. The golf clubhouse is not the house.

Austin Ranch does not respect the city line

Austin Ranch's own description places it in The Colony, Carrollton, Plano, and Frisco, west of the tollway and south of State Highway 121. A shared monument can sit in your daily vocabulary while the lease names a different city. Book the printed city. Put Austin Ranch in the notes for the entrance. Apartments there need the building and the unit. Houses need the sofa and the wall. Carrollton has a page that repeats this warning because the confusion runs in both directions.

Grandscape stays off the booking pin

Grandscape is The Colony's entertainment and shopping district along 121. It is a landmark you can see from the highway and a bad pin for a residence. If the screen really is in a business there, send the suite, the hours, and who may approve the work. Lewisville is west, Frisco and Plano are east. The Colony's city hall address is a public fact and not a workshop or a place we ask you to meet. Book the property where the TV will hang.

Is The Tribute in The Colony or in Lewisville?

The Tribute is in The Colony, on a Lewisville Lake peninsula. Lewisville is the neighboring city and has its own page. Book the city on your address, and write The Tribute if that is the entrance.

Our Austin Ranch apartment lease says Frisco. Why is it mentioned here?

Because the community crosses The Colony, Carrollton, Plano, and Frisco. If the lease says Frisco, book Frisco and add Austin Ranch as the entrance. This page is for addresses that actually say The Colony.
