I mounted this 55-inch TV on a beautiful wood-paneled wall in a newly renovated basement on South Mount Curve Boulevard in St. Paul. The customer did not want a basic fixed mount — he wanted the TV to pull out far enough from the wall to turn close to 90 degrees.
That made the 40-inch extended full-motion bracket the right choice. Centered on the wall, the TV looks clean with the built-in woodwork, but it can also swing out for easy viewing from the table area off to the side.
This setup was all about making the room work better. When people are sitting around the table playing poker, watching a game, or just hanging out in the basement, they can turn the TV toward the group instead of being locked into one straight-ahead viewing angle.
