Sometimes a TV mounting job is all about the essentials: a secure mount, perfect positioning, and a great viewing experience. This 65-inch TV installation in an Edina apartment delivers exactly that.
We mounted this 65-inch TV onto the living room drywall at the ideal viewing height. The wall provided a clean, neutral backdrop that lets the TV take center stage. As with any proper installation, we located the wall studs and secured the mount with lag bolts for a rock-solid hold.
Since this is an apartment, the renter chose to skip in-wall cable concealment. It's a practical decision that keeps costs down and avoids opening up walls in a rental unit. The cables run discretely along the wall to the nearby outlet.
We work with plenty of apartment dwellers throughout Edina and the Twin Cities. Renting doesn't mean you have to live with a TV on a stand taking up floor space. A wall-mounted TV opens up your living area and looks so much better than a bulky entertainment center.
For renters concerned about wall damage, keep in mind that a few mounting holes are typically easy to patch when you move out—and most landlords prefer that to the risk of a TV tipping over from a wobbly stand.
