To achieve a truly professional look, we skipped the visible power cords. I installed a new recessed outlet directly behind where the TV sits. This hidden power source allows the 85-inch panel to sit flush against the wall with no cables hanging down or snaking to a distant baseboard plug. The result is a clean, gallery-style finish that makes the giant display look like it was built into the room.
