This was commercial mounting work, not a simple assembly job. The new gym area needed a large Rogue pull-up rig secured through the rubber flooring and into the concrete slab below so the structure would stay planted under real training load.
Each upright had to be drilled, aligned, and fastened cleanly at the base. In the finished photo you can see the drilling residue around the foot plates, the orange uprights, and the black pull-up bars now locked into place instead of just sitting on the floor.
This Apple Valley swim school has been getting attention because Olympic gold medalist Regan Smith trained there from childhood through her rise in the sport. The facility is now building out more performance space, and this rig is part of that next layer of athlete training.
When a space like this adds a strength area, the mounting work matters. If the base is wrong, the whole setup feels temporary. If the anchoring is right, the equipment feels like part of the building.
This install used masonry hammer drill bits and 3.5-inch lag hardware to tie the rig into concrete under the finished floor surface. It is a good example of the broader lane The Mounting Man covers when businesses need shelves, whiteboards, fitness equipment, or other commercial fixtures mounted securely.
The total on this job was $683.61. The point was not cosmetic flair. The point was a stable pull-up and conditioning rig that could be used with confidence from day one.
