We recently completed this 43" TV installation near Washburn Ave in Minneapolis. The customer wanted a clean setup on drywall with a fixed mount for comfortable everyday viewing.
For this one, I needed to install an outlet in the middle drawer down below, and I did so by tapping into the existing light switch on the left-hand side. It was a dubious path, to say the least, to get the Romex cable through to be able to install an outlet down there. Tight spaces, but I got it done, and then running the One Connect cord through the fireplace cavity down into that drawer where I housed the One Connect box for the Samsung Frame TV.
So it ended up being a nice clean look.
