On February 5, 2026, our service technician Michael headed out to The Oaks Pentagon Village Apartment Complex in Edina for a same-day 65-inch TV mounting. The client was in the middle of moving from a one-bedroom unit to a two-bedroom unit within the same complex and needed his TV taken down and remounted right away.
Michael unmounted the 65-inch TV from the original unit, carried it down the hall, and remounted it securely onto drywall in the new apartment. No cord concealment was needed for this job — the client simply wanted his TV back up on the wall as quickly as possible so he could settle into his new space.
This was a super last-minute request. The client had to get everything moved over quickly and was on a tight timeline. He reached out and we were able to book him in right away and get Michael over there the same day. The client was absolutely grateful that we could make it happen on such short notice.
