Do not book the west shore

Garland, Rowlett, and the Dallas side of the dam are west of Lake Ray Hubbard. Rockwall is east of it, in Rockwall County. If your afternoon drive crosses the bridge, you have changed cities. Use this page for a Rockwall address. The downtown square is the local center, and it is still not a house. Write the subdivision if you have one. I-30 is how people arrive and a poor description of a backyard.

Glare is conditional

If the TV would face Lake Ray Hubbard, take the photo at the hour you watch. Bright water can erase the picture even when the mount is perfect. A different wall, shades, or a modest change of angle may beat a moving bracket. If the moving bracket is still what you want, show the side clearance so it does not hit a window frame or a cabinet. Inland Rockwall rooms should skip this and talk about the fireplace instead. Stone and drywall are both possible. Show the one you have.

Heath and Fate are not nicknames

Heath and Fate border Rockwall and have their own city governments. A subdivision entrance on a county road can feel like Rockwall while the address says otherwise. Type the printed city.
