For this Lake Elmo project, we combined a secure mount with custom infrastructure work to deliver a truly wireless look. Centering a 65-inch TV above a drywall fireplace surround requires both structural precision and careful planning for electronics.
To keep the wall pristine, I installed a professional power bridge system to provide a hidden outlet directly behind the TV. For the data and signal side, I routed all cords through the internal fireplace cavity, snaking them down into the built-in cabinet on the right side. This allows the homeowners to keep their cable boxes and streaming devices tucked away out of sight while maintaining full functionality. The result is a stunning 'floating' display that serves as the room’s focal point.
