My service technician Michael headed out to Waconia for this one — a 65-inch TV and soundbar combo mounted above a sleek linear electric fireplace. The homeowner had a dedicated accent wall with the fireplace recessed into it, so the goal was to keep everything centered and tight to the wall for a clean, built-in look.
Michael used a tilt bracket on drywall, securing into studs behind the accent wall. The tilt gives the homeowner easy access to connections behind the TV and helps angle the screen down slightly for a more comfortable viewing height above the fireplace. With an electric fireplace, there's no heat concern — making it the ideal setup for a TV right above.
The soundbar was mounted directly below the TV, sitting just above the fireplace. It ties the whole entertainment setup together and keeps the accent wall looking intentional and streamlined — no shelves, no clutter, just a clean wall-mounted system ready to go.
